What began as a simple birthday celebration has evolved into a well-known local charity event that brings families together while supporting a cause far bigger than the party itself. It is an event built on relationships, shared values, and a genuine desire to give back. At the center of it all is Jason Avery, whose commitment to his community extends well beyond the homes he designs and builds. - ![20250301_135549](https://home.averyhomeremodeling.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Ranch%20Party%202025/20250301_135549.jpg?width=3056&height=3056&name=20250301_135549.jpg) - ![FB_IMG_1741032209122](https://home.averyhomeremodeling.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Ranch%20Party%202025/FB_IMG_1741032209122.jpg?width=1080&height=810&name=FB_IMG_1741032209122.jpg) - ![FB_IMG_1741032172645](https://home.averyhomeremodeling.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Ranch%20Party%202025/FB_IMG_1741032172645.jpg?width=1080&height=810&name=FB_IMG_1741032172645.jpg) - ![20250301_195654](https://home.averyhomeremodeling.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Ranch%20Party%202025/20250301_195654.jpg?width=3056&height=3056&name=20250301_195654.jpg) - ![481242697_998640555513795_3504064276908908870_n](https://home.averyhomeremodeling.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Ranch%20Party%202025/481242697_998640555513795_3504064276908908870_n.jpg?width=1536&height=2048&name=481242697_998640555513795_3504064276908908870_n.jpg) - ![20250301_210557](https://home.averyhomeremodeling.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Ranch%20Party%202025/20250301_210557.jpg?width=3056&height=3056&name=20250301_210557.jpg) --- ## How the Avery Ranch Party Began The Avery Ranch Party did not start as a fundraiser or a large-scale public event. It began as a birthday party shared with friends and family. Like many backyard gatherings, it was simple. Food was shared. Kids ran around freely. Conversations stretched longer than planned. Over time, those gatherings became something people looked forward to each year. As attendance naturally grew, so did the opportunity. Jason began to see that this gathering could be used for something more. If people were already coming together in a spirit of celebration, why not channel that energy toward helping others? That single shift in mindset turned a personal celebration into a community-driven event with lasting impact. --- ## A Party With a Purpose ![Screenshot 2026-01-23 163332](https://home.averyhomeremodeling.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-01-23%20163332.png?width=200&height=97&name=Screenshot%202026-01-23%20163332.png)Today, the Avery Ranch Party proudly supports **Jericho Road Ministries**, an organization dedicated to helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and stability during difficult seasons of life. Proceeds from the event go directly toward supporting the ministry’s work. While the party itself is full of fun, the outcome is serious and meaningful. Every ticket purchased and every sponsorship secured helps fund programs that serve real people in real ways. This is what makes the Avery Ranch Party different from many charity events. It does not feel formal or distant. It feels joyful, approachable, and sincere, while still creating tangible impact. --- ## Why Giving Back Matters to Jason Avery For Jason Avery, philanthropy is not a checkbox or a branding exercise. It is a reflection of how he approaches life and business.![IMG_3736](https://home.averyhomeremodeling.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_3736.jpeg?width=300&height=328&name=IMG_3736.jpeg) As the owner of Avery Construction, Jason has spent decades helping homeowners reimagine their spaces and improve how their homes function. He understands that a home is more than a structure. It is where families gather, grow, and build memories. That same perspective shapes his commitment to giving back. Jason believes that success comes with responsibility. Responsibility to the community that supports you. Responsibility to help when you are able. Responsibility to use your skills, resources, and influence to make a positive difference. The Avery Ranch Party is one of the ways that belief comes to life. --- ## Celebrating 19 Years of Community Impact ![2025-3-1-78764](https://home.averyhomeremodeling.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Ranch%20Party%202025/2025-3-1-78764.jpg?width=350&height=233&name=2025-3-1-78764.jpg)Reaching the **19th year** of the Avery Ranch Party is no small achievement. Longevity like this is built on trust, consistency, and authenticity. Families return year after year because the event feels familiar and welcoming. Friends invite friends because it is the kind of gathering people enjoy sharing. Local businesses continue to support it because the mission is clear and the impact is real. This year’s theme, **EPIC Carnival**, honors that history while creating space for new memories and new faces. --- ## What to Expect at the EPIC Carnival The EPIC Carnival is designed to feel like a true community celebration. It is family-friendly, relaxed, and accessible to all ages.![Media (3)](https://home.averyhomeremodeling.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Media%20(3).jpg?width=387&height=500&name=Media%20(3).jpg) This year’s event will include: - Food and beverages - Pony rides - Bounce houses - A mechanical bull - Classic carnival games - Popcorn and treats - Prizes for kids and adults It is the kind of event where parents can enjoy watching their kids have fun, where neighbors reconnect, and where the focus stays on enjoyment rather than schedules or expectations. --- ## Why Local Businesses Choose to Sponsor For sponsors, the Avery Ranch Party offers something that is increasingly rare. Authentic community connection. Sponsoring the event is not about flashy promotions. It is about standing alongside a trusted local leader, supporting a long-standing tradition, and aligning with a charitable mission that matters. Businesses that sponsor the Avery Ranch Party are seen as supporters of community, family, and generosity. That alignment builds trust and goodwill that lasts well beyond the event itself. ![Screenshot 2025-03-11 151203](https://home.averyhomeremodeling.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202025-03-11%20151203.png?width=600&height=334&name=Screenshot%202025-03-11%20151203.png) --- ## Be Part of the Story The Avery Ranch Party is more than an annual event. It is a reflection of what can happen when celebration and generosity come together.![Jason-and-Chara-Avery-2](https://home.averyhomeremodeling.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Jason-and-Chara-Avery-2.webp?width=300&height=360&name=Jason-and-Chara-Avery-2.webp) Whether you attend with your family, support the event as a sponsor, or help spread the word, you are contributing to a legacy that began 19 years ago and continues to grow. This is what it means to party with a purpose. --- ### Get Involved - Attend the EPIC Carnival - Become a sponsor - Support Jericho Road Ministries Learn more at
